If you are an amateur or professional performing organisation in UK and Ireland, you can hire music for concerts and recordings from us.
MDS Hire & Copyright (MDSHC) is the exclusive distributor of hire material for Schott Music, Universal Edition and their associated catalogues. We work with major publishers across Europe to make the hire of music as easy and straightforward as possible.
Hire orders and quotes
You can now order using Zinfonia, the music publisher portal which includes the hire works of Schott and Universal Edition, and the hire catalogues of many of the other major classical publishers. Returns
The return address for materials will depend on the publisher, please refer to the chart below to find the relevant address. You will also find it on the hire agreement and delivery note. Materials should be returned within 2 weeks of the performance in order to avoid incurring a penalty charge.
For UK customers we provide a return service – a shipping label is emailed to you around the time of your final performance, and you can arrange a collection date/address which is convenient for you.
